A family business built with purpose.
Veteran-owned. Hispanic family-owned. Bilingual. Everything below explains what that means in practice.
USMC discipline meets 25 years of craftsmanship.
Working families in Oregon deserve the same craftsmanship and care that wealthier clients take for granted. Same respect, too, whether they speak English or Spanish. That's why MTZ exists.
I'm Loren. I served four years in the Marines, and now I run the business side: estimates, scheduling, customer calls. My dad Florencio has been building Oregon homes for 25 years. He runs the job site. That's the structure, and it works.
Bilingual service isn't an add-on. Woodburn is over half Hispanic. Serving neighbors in their first language is the baseline here, not a selling point.

Meet the family behind MTZ.
I grew up watching my dad work. He's been building Oregon homes for 25 years. I handle the business side. The rest of the family fills in the gaps.

25 years of residential craftsmanship. On every job site. Spanish-primary. The hands that make it happen.
What we stand for, on every job.
Quality is not tied to price
Same craftsmanship for a $4K fence as an $80K kitchen. Anyone who would cut corners on a cheaper job would cut corners on yours.
Meet people where they're at
Payment plans welcome. Working families get worked with, not turned away. If we can help your dad, we can help you.
Pay it forward
Everyone we hire gets a shot, and is expected to give the next person theirs. That's how the trades stay alive.
We're just getting started.
MTZ is a brand-new licensed business. We've chosen to be transparent about that instead of pretending otherwise: no fabricated review counts, no stock testimonials, no imaginary decades of company history.
What we have is real and documented: a USMC-veteran owner, a lead craftsman with 25 years of hands-on experience, a current Oregon CCB license, COBID certification, a bilingual crew, and an insistence on writing honest estimates.
The first homeowners who hire us get the same quality as the hundredth will. Same crew, same care. If that's the contractor you want, we'd love to meet you.
